About the Role

معهد إثراء المعرفة العالي للتدريب is seeking Saudi trainers, both male and female, to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers opportunities for full-time employment or as a collaborating trainer, focusing on various specialized fields. The institute is looking for qualified professionals with 2-5 years of experience to contribute to its training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for a training position:

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in the required specialization.
• Possess an accredited trainer license or have documented experience of no less than 3 years in the relevant training field.
• Demonstrate strong training, communication, and classroom management skills.

Available Work Arrangements

The institute offers two primary work arrangements:

Full-time Employment:

• Work as a core member of the institute's training staff.
• Deliver training programs, courses, and diploma materials according to approved schedules.
• Adhere to specified working hours and job responsibilities.

Collaborating Trainer (Contract / Part-time):

• Collaborate in delivering training programs and courses as per the institute's needs.
• Flexible training schedules as agreed upon.
• Contractual engagement for specific training programs based on specialization.
