About the Role

Almousa Holding is seeking a Food & Beverage Executive Manager to lead its operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector, responsible for overseeing all F&B outlets and ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring consistent service standards and high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and service standards across the department.
• Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and Finance departments.
• Develop and implement operating procedures in line with established standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop F&B team members, preparing staff schedules and conducting performance evaluations.
• Prepare and manage the Food & Beverage department budget, monitoring food, beverage, labor, and operating costs.
• Implement effective cost-control measures without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to maximize F&B revenue and profitability, identifying opportunities for increasing revenue and supporting promotions.
• Ensure excellent service and a memorable dining experience for guests, handling complaints professionally and monitoring feedback.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, including HACCP procedures where applicable.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Stores to ensure adequate availability of food, beverages, and operating supplies, monitoring quality and supplier performance.
• Oversee the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, weddings, banquets, and special events.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and operational audits, reviewing menus, service procedures, and guest feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage management.
