Monitoring of CCTV cameras for all branches and company locations directly and continuously. Following up on live camera feeds and reviewing recordings when needed. Monitoring any suspicious activity, security violations, theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry. Immediate response to security alerts and alarms according to the approved escalation mechanism. Coordination with security guards, branch managers, and relevant authorities in case of any incident. Preparing reports on incidents and security observations, clarifying the time and necessary details. Reporting any technical malfunctions in camera systems or monitoring devices to the competent authority. Maintaining the confidentiality of recordings and security information and adhering to company policies. Assisting in internal investigations by extracting and reviewing required recordings. Documenting all observations and reports in daily follow-up records. Performing any other tasks related to the nature of the work assigned by management.
