**📢 Job Opportunity | Spices Blends Production and Development Specialist**

**Baharmex Company** announces its desire to attract a **Production Specialist** with practical experience in the manufacturing and development of spice and seasoning blends.

**Required Tasks and Experience:**

* Experience in innovating and adjusting spice blends and accurately determining ratios.

* Familiarity with the properties of raw materials and their effect on taste, color, smell, and stability.

* Experience in operating and monitoring grinding, mixing, and production processes, and managing factory workers.

* Ability to develop new products and improve existing recipes.

* Commitment to quality standards and food safety.

**Knowledge and practical experience in using food additives are required, including:**

* Flavor enhancer.

* Acidity regulator.

* Anti-caking agent.

* Yeast extract

* And other materials and raw ingredients.

* Calculating additive ratios in accordance with technical specifications and food regulations.

* Developing competitive blends with consistent taste and high quality.

* Working in spice and food product factories or laboratories.

**The applicant should preferably have experience in the field:**

**Preferably have a food certificate.**
