Business Development Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for supplier onboarding, client
acquisition, RFQ follow-ups, platform
demonstrations, and maintaining active
relationships with vendors and buyers.
Educational Qualification: Diploma or
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering,
Marketing, or related).
Experience: 2–5 years.
Relevant Experience: B2B sales, industrial
products, construction, equipment, or services.
Sales Exposure: Field sales, supplier visits, lead
generation.
Key Skills: Communication, negotiation, CRM
usage, client follow-up.
Language: Arabic & English.
Mobility: Willing to conduct site visits and
client meetings.
Drive License: required.
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
