About the Role

شركة العلا للصناعات الحديثة is seeking a dedicated Project Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on securing new projects and sales opportunities within the Southern Region, building strong professional relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project sales, with a preference for experience in kitchens, sinks, and finishing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new projects and sales opportunities within the Southern Region.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Monitor tenders, prepare and submit proposals, and finalize contracts.
• Achieve sales and collection targets, and prepare regular reports on performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in project sales, preferably in kitchens, sinks, and finishing materials.
• Strong professional network and familiarity with the "Etimad" platform.
• Proficiency in negotiation, client acquisition, and deal closing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an intermediate level of English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to conduct field visits.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular field visits within the Southern Region. The role is open to all nationalities in accordance with local regulations.
