Sales Engineer

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

* 1–2 years of experience in sales, laboratory work, or scientific applications.

* Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

* Good command of both English and Arabic.

* A valid driving license; owning a car is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory and analytical instruments.

* Perform preventive maintenance and calibration.

* Provide on-site technical support and customer training.

* Prepare service reports and coordinate with the technical team.
