Key Responsibilities

• Explaining rental terms and conditions and ensuring all requirements are met.
• Delivering and receiving cars, documenting their condition according to approved procedures.
• Following up on reservations and car return dates.
• Collecting payments and issuing invoices.
• Handling client inquiries and complaints, coordinating with management as needed.
• Adhering to company policies and relevant traffic and safety regulations.
