About the Account Management (IC) Associate Role
The Cigna Group is seeking an Account Management (IC) Associate to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to develop within the account management field.
Role Overview and Client Engagement
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, acting as their designated delegate. You will also provide support to other corporate clients with their daily inquiries. A key aspect of this position involves owning and managing a portfolio of clients, including those managed through brokers and direct clients, with a focus on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities and Client Management
Your responsibilities will include conducting regular strategic meetings with brokers and clients to review performance, retention rates, successes, and challenges. You will be responsible for handling escalated and non-routine issues from partners and clients, coordinating effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Staying informed about GCC compliance requirements and proactively identifying potential risks within your client portfolio is also essential. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify opportunities for upsell or cross-sell throughout the year and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and support.
Client Retention and Data Management
A significant part of this role involves leading the annual renewal process. This includes negotiating terms and optimizing profitability while diligently maintaining strong client relationships. Accurate record-keeping is critical, and you will be required to maintain client records in Salesforce, adhering to a minimum data accuracy target of 100%.
Required Experience and Skills
This position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of relevant experience. While specific technical qualifications are not detailed, the role requires strong client-facing skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. An understanding of client relationship management principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving are beneficial.
