About the Role

Fresha, the AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness, and self-care industry, is seeking a driven Associate Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity for career advancement within a dynamic sales environment.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management, the Associate Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with clients and driving growth through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives. The role also focuses on client retention and maximizing monetization of the Fresha platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve key performance indicators related to monetization, retention, and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating Partners on the value of the Fresha platform.
  • Analyze reports and execute plans to upsell existing accounts and increase monetized revenue.
  • Ensure a strong Partner Experience by building meaningful relationships through regular online video meetings.
  • Administer a consistent contact strategy across the assigned portfolio to maintain Partner engagement and reduce churn.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and driving commercial growth within large account bases, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • A combination of 1-2 years of experience as an SDR and 1-2 years as a revenue-generating account manager.
  • Proven commercial motivation with the ability to adapt and achieve targets.
  • Experience selling into Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs).

Interview Process

The interview process is designed to be efficient, with the aim of completing it and providing feedback within two weeks. It includes:

  • A 30-minute screen call via video with a member of the Talent Team.
  • A 45-minute video interview focusing on skills and experience with the Hiring Manager.
  • A 60-minute task-based video interview with the Hiring Team.

All applications are reviewed manually. While the team strives to assess applications within 7 days, the volume of interest may occasionally extend this timeframe.
