About the Role

Gen Plus Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee multidisciplinary agency projects. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves managing projects across production, creative, digital, and social media content. The position emphasizes client relationship management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring project execution across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
• Cultivate client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Manage concurrent projects including creative development, video production, and social content.
• Coordinate internal agency teams to develop and deliver content for clients.
• Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Translate client needs into actionable production and creative plans.
• Understand client business and marketing goals to develop brand-enhancing creative solutions.
• Identify account growth opportunities and contribute to new business pitches.
• Track industry trends, emerging digital and social platforms, and content best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5-10 years of account management experience in a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
• Strong understanding of creative development, video production, and social media content.
• Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Skills

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
