The Role of Account Senior Specialist - A Brands

We are seeking an Account Senior Specialist - A Brands to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and expanding relationships with Tier-A fashion brand sellers. The specialist will be responsible for supporting sellers through the onboarding process and providing ongoing account management, aiming to ensure a seamless experience and build strong, enduring partnerships. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Tier-A fashion sellers.
• Guide sellers through the onboarding process and support their successful integration into the marketplace.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing seller needs and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Planning team and other relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve challenges faced by sellers while maintaining strong commercial relationships.
• Support seller performance and contribute to their long-term growth on the platform.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in account management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with key accounts.
• Experience in supporting partners through onboarding and ongoing account management.
