Accountant

About the Role

Alnassr Club Company is seeking an Accountant to manage daily accounting activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The Accountant will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Role Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for processing financial transactions, preparing account reconciliations, and assisting with financial reports. This role also involves supporting month-end and year-end closing activities to maintain efficient financial operations within Alnassr Club Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately and maintain assigned general ledger accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment documentation.
• Prepare routine journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in line with the approved timetable.
• Maintain fixed-asset records and support capitalization, transfer, disposal, and depreciation processes.
• Verify financial documents for accuracy, completeness, approvals, and compliance with delegated authorities.
• Assist with management reports, statutory schedules, cash-flow information, and audit requests.
• Maintain complete and organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Follow internal controls, accounting policies, tax requirements, and document-retention standards.
• Coordinate with budget owners to clarify transactions and follow up on outstanding items.
• Identify recurring transaction issues and recommend practical process improvements.

• 0-1 years of experience in an accounting role.
