About the Role

Wave Links is seeking an Activation Sales Specialist to join its team. This role is designed for a results-driven individual passionate about sales, brand activations, promotions, and events. The specialist will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting creative ideas into successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
• Sell and promote brand activations, promotional campaigns, events, and experiential marketing solutions.
• Understand clients’ marketing objectives and recommend suitable activation solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key clients.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Present activation ideas and solutions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Coordinate with creative and operations teams to develop concepts, proposals, and project requirements.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of sold projects.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented. This role requires an individual with a strong ability to build relationships and confidently communicate with clients, coupled with robust follow-up and organizational skills.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge or previous experience in activations, promotions, events, advertising, or marketing agencies is considered an advantage.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
