Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a Contract Administrator IV to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves coordinating and administering complex contracts, requiring significant experience and the ability to work with limited supervision. The role may also involve providing guidance to other contract administrators and assisting in negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide review, administration, and compliance activities for complex industrial, commercial, and/or government contracts.
  • Manage contracts that require extensive coordination with multiple entities and further legal reviews.
  • Operate with limited supervision, taking responsibility for setting project deadlines.
  • Potentially offer guidance to Contract Administrator I and II levels.
  • Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with clients as needed.
  • Provide recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements.
  • Serve as a team lead and subject matter expert in contract administration.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in reviewing and ensuring compliance for industrial, commercial, and/or government contracts.
