The Role

AECOM is seeking an Administrator IV to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position that involves coordinating and providing review, administration, and compliance activities for complex contracts. The role operates under limited supervision and may involve providing guidance to other contract administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide review, administration, and compliance activities for complex industrial, commercial, and government contracts.
  • Manage contracts that may require extensive coordination with multiple entities and additional legal reviews.
  • Set project deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with clients as needed.
  • Provide recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements.
  • Potentially serve as a team lead and subject matter expert in contract administration.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Experience with complex contracts involving multiple entities and legal considerations.
