AI Automation & Implementation Specialist

About the Role

DOSSA is seeking an AI Automation & Implementation Specialist to integrate AI technology subscriptions into daily operations across its Marketing, Styling, and Healthcare Clinic teams. Based in Riyadh, this full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience. The primary objective is to implement, connect, and optimize AI workflows to enhance team efficiency, streamline repetitive tasks, and boost overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities

The specialist will embed within departments to audit workflows and deploy AI-driven solutions, focusing on:

• Marketing Automation: Building generative AI workflows for content drafting (social media, blogs, emails), connecting design/copy tools for campaign creation, and automating competitive research, keyword sorting, and performance report summaries.
• Styling Team Support: Implementing AI image tools for mood boards, color palettes, and visual concept variations. Setting up automated systems for inventory tagging, style categorization, and product description generation. Automating data collection for fashion and aesthetic trends.
• Healthcare Clinic Optimization: Implementing secure, compliant tools for automated medical transcription, appointment summarizing, and patient follow-up drafting. Streamlining the sorting and automated routing of non-diagnostic patient inquiries and FAQs. Building automation to link booking software with reminder and confirmation sequences.

Core AI and Integration Duties

• Writing, testing, and maintaining optimized, reusable prompt libraries.
• Connecting existing software (CRM, Email, Slack) with AI subscriptions using no-code tools like Zapier or Make.
• Training team members on system usage and documenting new workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with major AI platforms (*, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney).
• High proficiency in workflow automation software such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or built-in software APIs.
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and independently design AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical AI features into actionable instructions for non-technical staff.
• Clear understanding of data privacy boundaries, particularly regarding patient data sensitivity.

Role Focus

This role is for an executor focused on leveraging commercial, out-of-the-box AI subscriptions. It does not involve software development for coding models from scratch or data science tasks.
