About the Role

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking an AI Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on identifying and implementing practical Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across various business functions.

Role Purpose

The AI Specialist will be responsible for translating emerging AI capabilities into tangible solutions. This includes improving productivity, streamlining workflows, and enhancing team operations by applying AI technologies to business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business activities and workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements.
• Determine the most suitable AI capabilities for specific business use cases.
• Rapidly develop prototypes, practical solutions, or high-quality initial outputs using AI.
• Integrate AI with automation, data, and existing systems to enhance end-to-end workflows.
• Continuously evaluate new AI capabilities and assess their practical relevance to business operations.
• Measure the impact of implemented solutions in terms of time saved, effort reduced, output quality, and adoption rates.
• Enable business teams to effectively utilize successful AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, tools, and their practical business applications.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, data, or related technologies.
