The Role: AI Interactive Specialist

Points Information Technology is seeking an AI Interactive Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on designing dynamic and engaging AI experiences. The specialist will integrate generative AI technologies, creative prompt engineering, and interaction design principles to build compelling conversational agents, automated workflows, and multi-modal user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design multi-modal flows, intelligent agents, and interactive systems that combine text, voice, and visual AI.
• Architect, test, and refine advanced prompt structures and automated AI workflows.
• Develop creative proof-of-concepts to demonstrate novel ways users can interact with AI.
• Monitor, test, and tune model responses for accuracy, tone, safety, and brand voice consistency.
• Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to deploy AI features directly into production interfaces.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with modern Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI APIs, and orchestration tools such as LangChain, Flowise, n8n, Python, or JavaScript.
• A proven creative portfolio showcasing interactive storytelling, dynamic digital products, or innovative AI applications.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and conversational design.
• Sharp problem-solving instincts and a passion for staying ahead of generative AI trends.

Experience and Location

Candidates for this position are expected to have 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Riyadh, and applicants must either be currently located in Riyadh or willing to relocate to the city.
