AI Specialist

The AI specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions and systems within the group, with the aim of increasing operational efficiency, improving productivity, enhancing decision-making quality, and supporting the company's future growth and expansion. The incumbent works on studying and analyzing current processes, and identifying opportunities that can be improved or automated (transforming manual processes into automated processes) using AI technologies, including operational processes, customer service, marketing, reporting, training, and administrative follow-up. The incumbent is also responsible for building smart tools, dashboards, and support systems for executive management, which contribute to improving operational control, accelerating information flow, and reducing repetitive manual work. The incumbent is expected to lead digital transformation and AI initiatives within the group, and to provide practical, applicable solutions that achieve tangible operational and financial value for the business.
