About the Role

Sulava MEA is seeking an AI Transformation Advisor to lead end-to-end AI adoption and transformation programs for customers across the Middle East. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on both strategy and execution, integrating AI strategy, change management, adoption, and program delivery to translate AI concepts into measurable business impact. This is a continuous journey, aiming to help organizations become AI-native.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation programs from strategy definition to execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to establish AI vision and roadmaps.
• Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through workshops, training, and real-world use case implementation.
• Design and deliver Innovation Workshops, executive briefings, and adoption programs.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI use cases and agent opportunities.
• Demonstrate and build simple AI agents to showcase tangible business value.
• Manage adoption programs, including planning, tracking, key performance indicators (KPIs), and outcome reporting.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure sustainable AI adoption at scale.
• Communicate effectively across both business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and engagement teams.
