Application Specialist Pharmacy Informatics

About the Role

InterSystems Corporation is seeking an Application Specialist, Pharmacy Informatics, to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leveraging healthcare, business, and InterSystems product knowledge to ensure the successful and timely implementation of InterSystems products. The specialist will act as a subject matter expert for the Medications Management module of the TrakCare Product, focusing on hospital pharmacy workflows and medication management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert Pharmacy resource for customers.
• Understand customer processes and assess the best-fit solutions.
• Advise on the optimal implementation of standard solutions.
• Guide customers on maximizing solution benefits while minimizing customer-specific work.
• Liaise with various business areas as required.
• Stay updated with new product developments through the normal product release cycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Background in hospital pharmacy.
• In-depth understanding of hospital pharmacy workflows.
• Proficiency with Medication Management systems.

Work Environment and Travel

The Application Specialist must be available to visit customer sites. Project assignments may require regular travel, potentially involving up to 5 days away from home each week.
