UCC Holding is seeking an Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant building design and construction projects within a professional environment.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Architect Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive planning, development, and implementation of building designs. This involves a range of activities from initial project assessment to overseeing construction, ensuring designs align with client requirements and organizational regulations. The role supports project execution from inception to completion, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement building designs, ensuring adherence to project specifications and organizational regulations.
• Compile feasibility reports, determine environmental impact, create project proposals, estimate costs, and establish project timelines.
• Assist in analyzing client requirements and interpreting project plans and activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Generate building designs and highly detailed drawings as per client concepts to capture requirements.
• Understand the project brief and client requirements thoroughly.
• Generate on-time concept designs that meet project briefs and client requirements.
• Contribute to obtaining timely client approval on concept designs.
• Contribute to managing the project design as directed by the design manager and IMS procedure.
• Ensure on-time deliverables for all design stages: concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documents.
• Liaise with construction professionals regarding the feasibility of proposed projects, including constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
• Coordinate closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors.
• Develop customers and nurture professional relationships.

Design and Project Oversight

This role involves determining project goals and ultimately delivering final schematics and construction documents to building contractors. The Architect Engineer will oversee construction processes to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, maintaining design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 0-1 years of professional experience, suitable for fresh graduates.
• Foundational understanding of building design principles, construction processes, and project management.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and project briefs accurately.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and organizational procedures.
