About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Junior Architect – Fresh Graduate to join our architectural team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a recent Architecture graduate with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to gain practical experience in construction and fit-out projects.

Opportunity for Professional Development

This role provides a foundational experience for an emerging architect. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced architects and project professionals, contributing to various stages of architectural projects and developing essential skills within a professional construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
• Support Senior Architects in design development and project documentation processes.
• Prepare and update drawings using relevant architectural software.
• Assist with the preparation of material schedules, specifications, presentations, and technical submissions.
• Participate in site visits and inspections as required for project progression.
• Assist in reviewing architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material samples.
• Support the preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs), as-built drawings, and other project documentation.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, submissions, and approvals.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Adhere to project quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines, and company procedures.
• Support the team with additional architectural and project-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Recent graduate in Architecture with 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Internship or academic project experience is considered an advantage.
