Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking an Architect Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supervising architectural works and ensuring compliance with design standards across various projects.

Role Overview

The Architect Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments. The role requires a strong focus on quality assurance, design coordination, and adherence to building codes throughout the project lifecycle, from initial reviews to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works across residential, commercial, retail, office, clubhouse, and amenity buildings.
• Review architectural shop drawings, materials, samples, mockups, and method statements.
• Inspect blockwork, plastering, ceilings, flooring, doors, glazing, joinery, stone, and finishing works.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, landscape, facade, and interior works.
• Ensure consistent quality across repetitive villas, townhouses, and apartment units.
• Resolve architectural discrepancies and maintain compliance with approved designs and codes.
• Lead snagging, de-snagging, and architectural handover inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of architectural supervision or design-coordination experience.
• Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, residential typologies, commercial spaces, and building-envelope interfaces.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination, and drawing review.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Saudi Building Code requirements.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within project sites and offices to ensure effective architectural oversight.
