The Role of Architect

MDK Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Architect to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves participation in the design, development, production, and execution of architectural plans, with a specific focus on sports infrastructure projects. The Architect will contribute to projects that align with the company's vision for innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, develop, and execute architectural plans.
• Produce detailed plans, technical files, and execution documents.
• Participate in the design of stadiums, training centers, clubs, and sports complexes.
• Review and prepare plans, technical specifications, and documents submitted by contractors.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire safety, infrastructure, and landscape disciplines.
• Verify circulation, access, emergency exits, accessibility, and user safety.
• Participate in coordination meetings, technical workshops, and site visits.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on technical observations.
• Ensure compliance with FIFA requirements and applicable standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Architect.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of architectural plans.
• Familiarity with sports infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations, including FIFA requirements.
