The Role: Architect Inspector Saudi National

WSP is seeking an experienced Architect Inspector who is a Saudi National to join a major data centre project located east of Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for ensuring that all architectural works adhere strictly to approved designs, specifications, and relevant industry codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and monitor architectural works, including finishes, ceilings, partitions, doors, and façade elements.
Verify compliance of executed works with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and various project teams on site.
Review method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
Identify non-conformances in architectural works and ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions.
Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate site records of all architectural activities.
Support the overall quality assurance framework and health & safety requirements on the project site.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
Must be a Saudi National.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based on-site at a major data centre project located east of Riyadh, requiring a proactive approach to site inspections and coordination within a dynamic construction setting.
