About the Role

Omrania is seeking an Architectural Inspector to join its site supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Architectural Inspector will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of architectural and structural elements. The primary objective is to ensure strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code and all relevant construction standards across various projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections of buildings and construction projects to verify compliance with the Saudi Building Code and architectural specifications.
• Analyze architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation to assess adherence to approved designs and standards.
• Evaluate building materials, construction methodologies, and structural integrity to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Document inspection findings, observations, and non-conformances in detailed reports using standardized formats.
• Identify code violations, safety hazards, and areas of non-compliance, and communicate findings to project stakeholders and management.
• Verify that construction practices align with approved permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to address inspection findings and facilitate corrective actions.
• Maintain organized records of all inspections, reports, and correspondence for regulatory and project documentation purposes.
• Stay current with updates to Saudi Arabian building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional recommendations for remediation and improvements based on inspection assessments.
