The Role of Architect

The Architect will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project completion. This full-time position requires an in-depth understanding of architectural processes, the ability to produce clear diagrams, and diligent communication to ensure timely execution. The role also involves conducting frequent quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Create detailed plans and drawings that clearly define the architectural design of projects.
• Apply knowledge of engineering principles, mathematics, science, and construction materials to develop optimal finished products.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to verify the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide oversight and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, specifically within Riyadh.
• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Effective presentation and communication skills.
