This full-time position for an Architectural Site Engineer is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Architectural Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications. The engineer will translate architectural plans into practical realities, contributing to the quality and functionality of project deliverables through effective site management and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure compliance with architectural designs and specifications.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to address project challenges and optimize solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools for 3D visualization and project planning.
• Ensure adherence to construction regulations and industry standards.
• Administer contracts and maintain documentation related to site activities.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Establish and maintain effective client relations, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Implement problem-solving strategies to mitigate risks and resolve site-related issues promptly.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural site engineering, preferably within construction firms or architectural design consultancies.
• Experience managing and supervising on-site activities for complex projects.
• Familiarity with both large-scale projects and customized fit-out initiatives is advantageous.
• Proven track record of leading teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
