Architectural Supervisor

About the Role

Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking an Architectural Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves daily on-site supervision of architectural and finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and samples. The Architectural Supervisor will report directly to the Architectural Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site supervision of architectural works, including construction, plastering, tiling, flooring, ceilings, painting, facades, doors, and windows.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved architectural plans and technical specifications.
• Receive finishing materials delivered to the site and verify their conformity with approved samples.
• Monitor alignment, levels, dimensions, and quality of finishes during execution.
• Oversee labor and equipment, and record daily productivity of architectural works.
• Assist the Architectural Engineer in inspecting and receiving works, and preparing punch lists.
• Identify and report site observations and non-conformities to the relevant engineer, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with supervisors of other disciplines to avoid conflicts during execution.
• Prepare daily reports on executed works and document them with photographs.
• Ensure the application of occupational health and safety requirements on site.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Architectural Engineer or Project Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Knowledge of building and finishing materials and approved execution methods.
• Ability to read architectural execution drawings.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety requirements in construction sites.
• Proficiency in computer use (Microsoft Office) and preparing field reports.
• Fluency in Arabic and basic knowledge of technical English.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring daily on-site presence and supervision of architectural works.
