Assembly Technician

About the Role

Jubaili Bros is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves the mechanical and electrical assembly of generator sets and related power equipment. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of generator sets and associated power equipment.
• Install engines, alternators, radiators, exhaust systems, fuel systems, batteries, control panels, wiring, and other components.
• Assemble components in accordance with engineering drawings, electrical schematics, work instructions, and specifications.
• Safely and correctly use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and other workshop equipment.
• Execute cable routing, wiring, connections, and installation of electrical components as required.
• Ensure proper alignment, fastening, torque, and installation of all components.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify that assembly meets required quality standards.
• Identify and report defective components, missing parts, or assembly-related issues.
• Support testing and troubleshooting of assembled equipment when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all company quality, safety, and production procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth production activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment.

Required Skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a production team setting.
