Assembly Operator

About the Role

Musco Lighting is seeking an Assembly Operator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position based at the Musco Saudi Arabia facility. The role involves performing various assembly tasks to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Take initiative to achieve or surpass company objectives related to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Actively participate as a team member, responding to the need to maintain efficient workflow as directed.
• Read production documents and drawings to execute assembly tasks according to established processes.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, electronic testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures to produce products that meet specifications.
• Identify inferior parts or processes and report them to the Coordinator, Lead, or Quality department.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
• Perform packing tasks, including placing finished assemblies into boxes and securing materials with appropriate packing supplies.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This role is based at the Musco Saudi Arabia facility in Dammam. Some overtime may be required to meet production demands.
