About the Role

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking an Assistant Manager Tenant Relation to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to building, curating, and sustaining a high-performing portfolio of food and beverage operators for the Seven Al Hamra Food Hall. The Assistant Manager ensures that every tenant is successfully onboarded, operationally integrated, commercially supported, and strategically aligned with the Food Hall's brand, financial objectives, and customer promise. The position reports to the F&B Manager and collaborates closely with the TGP Food Hall Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the Food Hall tenant onboarding program.
  • Coordinate with various departments including Operations, Facilities, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Compliance to ensure seamless store openings.
  • Guide tenants through all onboarding stages, covering documentation, systems, training, and operational readiness.
  • Deliver structured tenant orientations on facilities, systems, SOPs, brand standards, and policies.
  • Review tenant menus, workflows, layouts, and equipment plans to ensure alignment with Food Hall operations.

Tenant Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary commercial and operational relationship owner for all tenants.
  • Maintain regular contact with tenants to monitor performance, satisfaction, and address challenges.
  • Support menu changes, concept updates, and brand evolution within the Food Hall framework.
  • Resolve tenant issues through coordination with Operations, Health & Safety, and Facilities teams.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for new tenancy inquiries and operator engagement.

Performance, Curation, and Strategy

  • Utilize operations and POS systems to track tenant sales, orders, revenue, and overall performance.
  • Develop monthly tenant dashboards, including revenue vs. budget, order volumes, trends, and variances.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to enhance tenant and Food Hall performance.
  • Monitor customer behavior and feedback to identify curation or operational gaps.
  • Curate a balanced mix of cuisines, concepts, and price points, applying entry standards for new tenants.
  • Conduct regular curation gap analysis to identify overperforming/underperforming concepts and missing market segments.
  • Prioritize onboarding and off-boarding decisions in line with financial and brand objectives.
  • Research the market and proactively source new operators locally and internationally.
  • Develop and maintain a tenant pipeline and onboarding roadmap.
  • Create a forward-looking curation strategy aligned with the Food Hall vision, customer demographics, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the TGP Food Hall Director and General Manager to plan phased expansions, replacements, and upgrades.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in managing multi-brand or multi-operator environments, preferably within the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of restaurant operations, menus, and kitchen workflows, coupled with curiosity about food trends and consumer behavior.

  • Strong commercial and analytical background with data-driven decision-making capabilities and dashboard reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and reporting systems.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Confident communication abilities when interacting with operators, landlords, and senior management.
  • Commercially minded while remaining brand-driven.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating effectively between strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.
