Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Associate position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following:

• An appreciation for the importance of addressing specific audit and risk advisory priorities in line with stakeholder requirements.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards applicable to the entity and the ability to perform risk assessment procedures to identify and assess risks of material misstatement.
• The capability to deliver high-quality audits utilizing various enablers such as Global Audit Imperatives, established methodology, content, guidance, learning resources, and other tools.
• The ability to formulate reasonable judgments and conclusions to deliver informative and timely outputs.
• A commitment to ensuring compliance with auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws and regulations (including specific local laws and regulations), ethical standards, independence requirements, and the audit firm's quality control procedures.
