Role Summary

RateGain is seeking an Associate Director Customer Success to join its Hospitality business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing strategic hotel accounts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a primary objective to drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across RateGain's comprehensive product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic hospitality accounts throughout Saudi Arabia, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities across RateGain's Distribution, Marketing, and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within hotel organizations, spanning Revenue, Distribution, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations functions.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies aligned with customer objectives, leading commercial discussions, solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective account planning, pipeline management, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, represent RateGain at industry events, maintain accurate forecasts and account plans, and integrate market intelligence.
• Monitor account performance metrics, identify potential risks and opportunities, and proactively implement action plans to maximize customer value and business growth.
• Identify and nurture relationships with new stakeholders within existing customer organizations to expand RateGain's footprint and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships.
