About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking an Associate Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is situated within the Legal and Commercial Services, specifically as part of the Contract Management function. The Associate Manager will contribute to transforming organizations by applying commercial and contractual expertise to priority engagements and portfolios.

The Contract Management Function

The Contract Management function translates innovative ideas into commercial reality, with a focus on maximizing value for all parties involved. This is achieved through a deep understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks. Professionals in this area work alongside Accenture sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle, providing high-quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts. Key outcomes include driving sales growth, protecting revenue, improving margin through effective management of commercial levers, risks, and issues, and ensuring compliance with contract obligations and Accenture policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support contract management teams across various projects and accounts.
  • Collaborate with account leadership, client commercial, and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs, account strategy, objectives, and opportunities.
  • Work with contract management staff across multiple projects and accounts, contributing to performance management activities.
  • Support the identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues, collaborating with Contract Management and project leadership to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Engage in pre-award sales activities and discussions with delivery teams regarding potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes, including providing contract drafting support.
  • Build trusted relationships with client counterparts as a client-facing representative of the contract management function.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
