Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain audio-visual (AV) equipment.
• Prepare meeting rooms for scheduled events and daily operations.
• Provide technical support for video conferencing systems.
• Offer immediate technical assistance during meetings, including VIP and hybrid sessions.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in AV support or a related technical support field.
• Solid understanding of AV equipment and presentation tools.
• Proven experience with video conferencing systems and meeting room setup.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to provide real-time technical support.
• Professional customer service and effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and VIP meetings with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with room booking systems is considered an advantage.
