Role Overview

EWAA Hotels is seeking a Banquet Hall Manager to oversee the daily operations of its banquet and event halls in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the successful execution of various events, including weddings, conferences, and meetings. The role requires strong leadership to coordinate teams and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the banquet and event hall.
• Plan and coordinate various events, including weddings, conferences, and meetings.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Coordinate closely with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Supervise, train, and manage banquet staff.
• Monitor event setup, service quality, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer requirements and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel and Food & Beverage management.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Proven ability to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Banquet Hall Manager will work within a dynamic hospitality environment, collaborating with various internal teams to deliver high-quality event experiences.
