About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying suitable beauty products based on their needs.
• Demonstrate and recommend products, explaining their benefits and application techniques.
• Stay informed about current beauty trends and products to provide accurate information to customers.
• Support inventory management and shelf restocking activities.
• Work towards achieving personal and store sales objectives.
• Deliver high standards of customer service.
• Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to enhance selling skills and stay updated on new product offerings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of beauty products, current trends, and application techniques.
