About the Role: Beauty Consultant, Chanel

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant for Chanel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on delivering customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand standards. The Beauty Consultant is responsible for managing counter operations, including stock and merchandising, while upholding high grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster customer loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their individual needs.
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets using makeup knowledge.
• Track sell-out targets at the store level and generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving incentives and track post-launch sales at the store level.
• Ensure merchandising levels in the store comply with brand guidelines.
• Manage in-store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves/counters at designated times.
• Report stock shortages using the established stock order form and ensure stock receipt according to set procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve targets.
• Ability to maintain counter cleanliness and manage stock replenishment.
• Experience with new product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of grooming.
