BI Solution Engineer

About the Role

Incorta is seeking a BI Solution Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves implementing and customizing Incorta's data analytics platform to meet complex customer requirements. The Solution Engineer will work closely with customers and partners to design and execute tailored analytics strategies, ensuring technical excellence and a seamless deployment experience.

Role Overview

This position requires a combination of strong technical acumen, consultative thinking, and effective communication skills. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to leverage the full capabilities of Incorta's platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the Incorta platform based on specific business requirements and project objectives.
• Collaborate with customers to define an overarching analytics strategy that aligns with Incorta’s technical capabilities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to introduce the Incorta platform across various use cases and industries.
• Estimate the scope and level of effort required for implementation and integration work.
• Write clear and detailed technical design documentation for delivered solutions.
• Support the onboarding and enablement of customers and partners through hands-on configuration and guidance.
• Work effectively within a cross-functional environment that includes clients, partners, and internal Incorta teams.

Experience Requirements

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
