The Opportunity

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a BP Manager - Saudi and Lower Gulf Countries to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role, specifically titled Saudi Arabia and Lower Gulf Ultrasound Country & Business Partner Manager, is designed for a professional with 5-10 years of experience looking to advance their career in medical technology sales and business development within the Ultrasound sector.

Key Responsibilities

As the Saudi Arabia and Lower Gulf Ultrasound Country & Business Partner Manager, you will be responsible for a range of strategic and operational duties, including:

  • Adding value for strategic sales of Ultrasound products and package deals.
  • Driving market share (MS) gain development within the assigned geography.
  • Managing and executing all day-to-day sales KPI deliverables effectively.
  • Conducting funnel reviews, forecast reviews, and consolidation for the entire geography.
  • Creating synergy with each Siemens Healthineers (SHS) legal entity for MM & ES business.
  • Ensuring accountability for Ultrasound Equipment & Service Top line performance.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast targets.
  • Managing and escalating major deals and Key Accounts in alignment with Management, Sales Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Overseeing the weekly equipment backlog review and performing analytics to enhance accuracy in monthly revenue and unit forecasts.
  • Collaborating with the Ultrasound head of sales leader to prepare necessary information and documentation for Review and MTA/MBR budget planning sessions.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Profound knowledge of the Ultrasound business, sales management, and order processing.
  • Proven ability to motivate sales success, foster sales collaboration, and manage sales via indirect channels.
  • A results-oriented, solution-oriented, engaged, and accountable approach to work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, funnel management, and CRM data analysis.
  • A solid leadership presence and capability as a team enabler.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in managing a multi-faceted sales operations business and organization is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
