The Role

Siemens Healthineers Saudi Arabia is seeking a Saudi Arabia and Lower Gulf Ultrasound Country & Business Partner Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suited for a professional with 5-10 years of experience who is ready to advance their career within the medical technology sector. The role focuses on driving strategic sales and market share growth for Ultrasound solutions across the specified geography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Add value for strategic sales initiatives concerning Ultrasound and package deals.
  • Accountable for market share (MS) gain development within the designated geography.
  • Ensure the successful management and execution of all day-to-day sales KPI deliverables.
  • Conduct funnel review, forecast review, and consolidation for the entire geography.
  • Create effective synergy with each Siemens Healthineers legal entity for MM & ES business.
  • Accountable for the Ultrasound Equipment & Service Top line performance.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast targets.
  • Manage and escalate major deals and Key Accounts in alignment with Management, Sales Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Oversee the weekly equipment backlog review and perform analytics to ensure accuracy in monthly revenue and unit forecasts.
  • Work closely with the Ultrasound head of sales leader in preparing information and documentation required for Review and MTA/MBR budget planning sessions.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Profound knowledge of the Ultrasound business, sales management, and order processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate sales success, foster sales collaboration, and manage sales through indirect channels.
  • Proven expertise in sales forecasting, funnel management, and CRM data analysis.
  • Solid leadership capabilities and an ability to enable team performance.
