Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Branding Officer is to uphold and strengthen the flynas brand identity across all touchpoints. This involves diligent management of brand assets and active participation in marketing communications to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence in the market, aligning all visual and communicative elements with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies.
• Manage brand positioning, guidelines, and marketing communications.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and internal teams to deliver campaigns and brand materials.
• Review creative assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Support brand campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitors.
• Develop creative ideas to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
• Support the development and maintenance of brand assets and marketing libraries.
• Lead branding initiatives, including office rebranding and mascot/visual identity development.
• Conduct market research and provide branding insights.
• Perform other branding and marketing activities as assigned.
