Overview of the Role

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking a Building Management Systems Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) and related hard services, requiring a strong technical background and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 12 or more technicians in daily operations.
• Manage and execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Oversee commissioning, snagging, and Defect Liability Period (DLP) activities for BMS and associated systems.
• Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of BMS, HVAC, Chillers, Pumps, Lighting, Fire Alarm, and Firefighting systems.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or B-Tech degree in Engineering or a related field.

Professional Experience and Technical Knowledge

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within BMS, Hard Services, or Facilities Management (FM).
• Demonstrated strong experience in BMS Operation & Maintenance.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Pumps, Lighting, Fire Alarm, and Firefighting systems.
• Proven experience with PPM, reactive maintenance, commissioning, snagging, and DLP processes.

• Proficiency in client-service to ensure satisfaction and effective communication.
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Work Setting
