About the Business Analyst Role

A confidential government entity in Riyadh is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. This full-time position requires a candidate with 0-1 years of experience to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategic solutions. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through keen analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data and stakeholder requirements into actionable insights.

Role Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at improving business operations and project outcomes. Key duties include:

  • Conducting needs assessments and documenting stakeholder requirements.
  • Analyzing and mapping existing business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for business requirements and processes.
  • Utilizing analytical tools to evaluate data and support decision-making.
  • Preparing and presenting business cases, project updates, and performance reports.
  • Assisting in the design of user-friendly solutions and tools.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Supporting project management activities by tracking timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Business Analyst position should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements through various methods.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and proficiency in creating diagrams.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI software.
  • Experience in developing and presenting business cases and analytical reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
