The Business Analyst Internship

SoftwareOne is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join its team in Riyadh. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their skills in business analysis within a global technology environment. The intern will be responsible for aligning client business requirements with development, direction, and acceptance criteria, while also collaborating with stakeholders to report on progress and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support business transformation and digital initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations to support informed business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business, sales, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions, maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
• Support project delivery through planning, testing, prioritization, progress tracking, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications and Experience
