About the Role

Property Finder is seeking a Business Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience. The Business Consultant is responsible for retaining and expanding the customer base through strategic consultations, coaching, and data-driven approaches. This role involves managing a designated portfolio within a specific territory, with compensation tied to performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Master the Property Finder solution portfolio to become a subject matter expert.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth, serving as the primary point of contact for customer account management.
• Acquire new clients and manage existing client portfolios.
• Utilize a consultative approach to discern customer needs, preferences, and align them with suitable solutions and listing packages.
• Effectively sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to existing Real Estate Brokerages.
• Predict weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with clients and finance teams to ensure timely payment reconciliation.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet client requests promptly.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth. This role requires a professional who can apply a consultative approach to sales and account management, supported by strong analytical and forecasting skills.
