Business & Data Analyst ServiceNow HRSD

Role Overview

TawanTech is seeking a Business & Data Analyst - ServiceNow HRSD to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is dedicated to supporting business analysis and data activities within ServiceNow HRSD implementations. The position involves gathering requirements, documenting processes, validating HR data, and assisting with testing and reporting. This is an opportunity to build hands-on ServiceNow experience alongside senior consultants, and it is distinct from an ETL or data migration lead role.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery workshops with HR and business stakeholders to accurately capture requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state HR processes, including various case types and reporting needs.
• Collect and review HR data to identify and resolve quality issues such as missing values, duplicates, and inconsistent formats.
• Prepare data mapping, data dictionaries, and business rules, working under the guidance of an HRSD consultant.
• Develop user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive test scenarios.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect follow-up, and contribute to go-live readiness activities.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in business analysis or data analysis, ideally with exposure to HR technology or ServiceNow platforms.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role requires on-site presence to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
